**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage our company's overall supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire process of planning, implementing, and controlling the flow of goods, information, and resources from the point of origin to the final destination.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business goals

- Collaborate with production, and sales departments to ensure efficient delivery of products

- Lead Sourcing projects and manage timelines.

- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement

- Manage inventory levels to optimize working capital while meeting customer demand

- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and reduce waste

- Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in supply chain management principles and practices

- Experience in production planning and demand forecasting

- Knowledge of lean methodologies and their application in supply chain operations

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively

- Familiarity with fabricating processes and materials

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across departments

-Be proficient in NetSuite MRP planning, Reporting, and Demand planning and general data oversight.

Pay: $88,146.00 - $96,264.00 per year
